Terms of Service

These terms cover use of the Elevest Media website and requests made through it. Elevest Media is currently in its launch phase. A separate written agreement will define the scope, price, timing, revisions, ownership, and other terms of any paid engagement.

Website information

Website content is provided for general information and to describe the planned service. Demo campaigns and the Miami blueprint are illustrative examples, not client results, promises, or guarantees of business performance.

Free content-idea requests

Submitting the form does not create a client relationship, guarantee acceptance, or promise a specific delivery time. Requests may be declined when they are incomplete, abusive, unrelated, or beyond current service capacity.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the form to send unlawful or harmful material.

Intellectual property

The Elevest Media name, website design, original demo concepts, and site content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Rights in paid deliverables will be addressed in the written client agreement.

No guarantee of results

Content strategy can support visibility and conversations, but Elevest Media does not guarantee listings, leads, sales, reach, or platform performance.
